Nars Power Matte Lip Pigment


A rich red with warm undertones and a satin finish. Creamy and lightweight creating a flexible hold still resulting in a matte finish. It is formulated with a Power Pigment Complex that locks in and saturates lips with bold, comfortable color. 

Glides on smoothly and long lasting. You really only need one swipe to transfer on the lipstick for a smooth matte finish. Its available in 21 shades.

Something to note, is that from my experience, it is not completely transfer proof, but does last for hours. The lip pigment also does not feather around the mouth. It is Vegan and free of phtalaytes parabens, and formaldehyde. The Nars Powermatte lip pigment in Vain has quickly become my go to red.

YSL Y

This seductive mens fragrance is a classic. launched in 2017, but YSL released a revamped version in 2018. The top notes are bergamont, ginger, and apple. The middle notes are sage, geranium, and juniper berries. The base note is vetiver, cedar, amberwood, tonka bean, and olibanum.

YSL touts this fragrance as masculinity redefined. The notes synchronize perfectly to create a super seductive scent that embodies masculine energy. It is the perfect year round scent from date night to the board room.

With its pleasant simplicity, this masculine fragrance is sure to draw many compliments. I find it intoxicating when you have your guy close by, but not too overpowering. So, ladies go out and buy this scent for your special guy and men this scent is sure to please.

Gucci Guilty Pour Homme

Gucci Guilty Pour Homme smells intoxicating. I fell in love with this amber woody fragrance for men when my husband wore it. He has the 5oz eau de toilette bottle.

The top notes are french lavender and Italian lemon. The middle note is orange flower and the base note is cedarwood and patchouli. This creates a very aromatic fragrance, I am guilty of falling for.

I love the classic Gucci branding and packaging. The mens comes in a heavy glass bottle covered in anthrancite and the womens comes in a block bronze. These look very nice on a vanity or wherever you like to keep your fragrances.

A 5 oz of the Gucci Guilty Pour Homme in the eau de toilette retails at $148 dollars right now at Macys. The Gucci Guilty Pour Homme parfum spray retails at $204 for 5oz at Macys. This is as of November 2022. The pricing will vary of course.

Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue

Light blue was launched in 2001 and has held its popularity throughout the years. It is typically seen as a summertime fragrance. It exudes the feeling of a Sicilian summer. However, it is such a good crisp scent, you could wear it anytime.

The top notes in the fragrance are Sicilian lemon, cedar, apple, and bellflower. Middle notes are jasmine, bamboo, and lovely white rose. Base notes are amber, cedar, and musk.

I decided to purchase, after using a smaller sample of the fragrance gifted from Macys. The limited edition gift set was what I decided upon. The packaging is exquisite with the beautiful blue and white color combination and the D&G logo.

Inside this glorious gift set, you get 3oz of Light Blue, a 1.6oz body cream, and a 0.33oz body spray. The body spray is currently selling for $114 dollars as of November 2022.

This floral fruity scent is such a classic. I have recieved many compliments while wearing this fragrance. With, all the perfume gift sets and deals during the holiday season, now is the time to consider purchasing one.

Gucci Guilty

The verdict is in and I am guilty. Guilty of absolutely falling in love with this fragrance. Gucci Guilty is my fragrance of the season. There are so many wonderful notes in this fragrance combined to create an alluring, pleasant fragrance.

The fragrance has notes of amber, pink pepper, peach, geranium, lilac and patchouli. Its a very sensual scent and I love it. It’s currently in my top five fragrances this season.

I was kindly gifted a sample of Gucci Guilty for Women by Macys and I am in love. I not only got compliments from my husband, but several people out and about. Give Gucci Guilty a try and you may find yourself guilty too.

Libre by Yves Saint Laurent

Libre by Yves Saint Laurent is a sultry, feminine fragrance. The scent is a combination of citrus and musky notes. To obtain this glorious scent, is a fusion of lavender essence from France and Morrocan orange blossom for a sensual touch.

The floral notes combined with a hint of musk, create a daring feminine fragrance. Libre smells very pleasant and lasts all day. Apply the fragrance lightly. The scent quickly calms down and melds with your skin for a pleasant sultry scent that lasts all day.

I tried this fragrance as it was one of the many samples that, Macys sent me to review. My husband gifted me the YSL Libre gift set after falling in love with this fragrance. You can find this set currently as of November 2022 at Sephora, Macys, and Ulta.

Dior Capture Totale Super Potent Eye Serum

Dior Capture Totale Super Potent Eye Serum does what it says, but I speak on behalf of someone without visible signs of aging around my eyes. I am of the mindset that you should take preventative measures before the signs of aging appear to minimize the damage.

One way to do so, is to keep your skin hydrated and replenished on a cellular level. The Dior Capture Totale Super Potent Eye Serum uses Biocellular Longoza technology which reenergizes the skin. After using this product, my skin around my eyes was brighter, firmer, and more supple. There is a rye extract in the formula that is supposed to visibly tone and firm the skin.

One of my favorite skin care ingredients is in this eye serum, Hyaluronic acid, which will provide your skin with just the right amount of hydration. I was initially gifted this several months ago from Influenster and Dior and now use daily.

This eye serum, by Dior is now apart of my daily skincare arsenal to fight those signs of aging. It will cost around $80, but a little bit goes a long way. One bottle can last you at least a few months. I definitely recommend adding this product to your skin care routine.

Dior Joy pairs a combination of fruits, flowers, and patchouli. This contrast creates an alluring theme. The perfume is sensual, yet not overpowering. The vanilla softens the patchouli in this warm scent. A sexy yet subtle scent that will intrigue everyone. I definitely, recommend adding this to your Dior perfume collection.

Dyson Supersonic Blowdryer

The Dyson Supersonic Blow dryer has revolutionized the conventional way we think of and use a blow dryer. For me, it is a time saver. I have thick curly hair. The comb attachment, easily helps me dry and straighten out my hair simultaneously.

The diffuser attachment, literally sucks out all the moisture, my wet hair holds. I am literally done in 20 minutes, and then I run a flat iron through my hair, to smooth out all the bumps. This makes it well worth the investment. The blow dryer works on all hair types.
